Industrial Credit

The force that moves national productivity

Financing for Industry

Robust solutions for a sector that requires planning, intensive capital, and long term.

Industry is the engine of the economy, but it is also the sector that demands the largest investment volumes and the longest maturation periods. Industrial Credit from Maximo Conceito was developed thinking about the specific pains of the Brazilian industrialist: the need to modernize the factory park to maintain competitiveness, the high cost of energy and raw materials, and the need to expand installed capacity to serve new markets.

Our advisory acts on two main fronts: Long Term Working Capital for operation support and Fixed Investment Financing (Capex). Unlike commerce, industry doesn't turn over its stock in days; it has a complex production cycle. Therefore, our industrial credit solutions focus on offering grace periods that allow the purchased machine to start producing and generating revenue before the company needs to start paying the financing installments.

We serve industries of all segments: metallurgical, textile, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, furniture, and capital goods. If you produce, we have the right credit for you.

Why invest with our Credit?

Modernization and Innovation

The Brazilian industrial park needs to update itself. We finance the import of machines with cutting-edge technology or the purchase of national equipment (FINAME and subsidized lines) to increase your productivity and reduce costs.

Long-term Grace Period

We understand the "Ramp-up" of production. We offer a grace period of up to 24 months for fixed investments. You install the machine, train the team, produce, sell, and receive. Only then do you start amortizing the principal.

Energy Efficiency

Special lines for photovoltaic solar energy projects and energy matrix substitution. Reduce your electricity bill, make your factory more sustainable, and pay for the investment with the savings generated.

Physical Expansion

Financing for the construction of new warehouses, distribution centers, or expansion of the current plant. We accept the land itself or the future construction as part of the operation guarantee.

Industrial Working Capital

Specific lines for purchasing raw materials in large volume (commodities, steel, plastic) with extended terms, allowing you to negotiate better prices with your suppliers by paying cash.

Tax Benefits

Our team also advises on structuring operations that can benefit from regional or sectoral tax incentives, further optimizing your investment return.

Modern factory

Who is it indicated for?

Industrial Credit is focused on secondary sector companies seeking solidity and long-term growth. Ideal profile:

  • Transformation Industries and Consumer Goods.
  • Companies with annual revenue above R$ 5 million.
  • Industries seeking certifications (ISO, ESG) and needing to adapt their plants.
  • Exporting companies seeking ACC (Advance on Exchange Contract) or NCE (Export Credit Note) lines.

Whether you are a metallurgical company in ABC Paulista or an agribusiness in the Midwest, we have the expertise to design the operation your factory needs.

Where to Invest?

Examples of how our industrial clients use credit:

Automation (Industry 4.0)

Replacement of manual lines with robotics and automated systems, reducing labor costs and increasing standardization and quality of the final product.

Clean Energy

Installation of solar plant on the factory roof. The financing has smaller installments than the old electricity bill, generating immediate positive cash flow (Cash Positive).

Strategic Stock

Advance purchase of inputs linked to the dollar or commodities in market downturns, guaranteeing operational margin superior to the competition.

Logistics and Fleet

Renewal of own fleet of trucks or forklifts. Reduce maintenance costs and avoid stops in distribution with new and financed equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Do you finance used machines?

Yes! Unlike large public banks that focus only on new and national machines, we have partners that finance used and imported machinery, provided they are in good condition and with favorable technical evaluation.

2. What is the maximum payment term?

For fixed investment (works and machines), we can reach up to 10 years (120 months). For industrial working capital, we work with averages of 36 to 60 months.

3. Do you accept the machinery as collateral?

Yes, Fiduciary Alienation of the financed equipment itself is a very common and well-accepted guarantee, which often dispenses with the need to mortgage a company or partner's property.

4. What is "Sale & Leaseback"?

It is an operation where we buy your industrial property or machinery and rent it back to you. This injects a huge amount of money into the company's cash (referring to the asset value) for you to use as working capital, while maintaining use of the asset.

5. How does it work for import?

We support the entire process, from the letter of credit for the exporter abroad to the financing of nationalization taxes here in Brazil, ensuring the asset arrives at your door.
